Sibley gets around his house and neighborhood using his Pronto M6 scooter ever since he had to give up his drivers license.  He treats it like an off-road vehicle.  "I don't let nothing get in my way," he said as he rode over tree roots.  He can walk, but after two hip joint replacements it's easier to use the scooter.
